CONGRATULATIONS TO THIS WEEK'S TIDBIT TUESDAY WINNER: Alexandra W. Thanks to all who participated and stay tuned for the next Tidbit Tuesday Giveaway!
This awesome T-Shirt is on it's way to Alex! WELL DONE!
Alexandra's Answer:
Sagittal: vertical plane that divides our body into left and right. This is the movement that is going to move us forward and backward, using both sides of the body equally; so an example of movement or action would be RUNNING. Frontal: division between front and back. If you move along this plane you would be moving both the front and back parts equally like JUMPING JACKS Transverse: diagonal or rotational movement. Swinging a golf club!
